Hotel Quality : What Next PR????

I read Hotel Quality news from other blogs yesterday.  AIDC also write about it HERE

You see, I really don't see it is different from any other real estates own by any GLC in Selangor.

When the right times comes, all GLC in Selangor undr PR will sell it to the higest bidder. A lots of times it is under the real values of that real estates.

Nothing surprised me when I hear that Quality Hotel will get the sames fates like any other real estates which has been sold.

That is why I'm not surprised if in one or two years some other states will past Selangor as one of the riches states in Malaysia.

They continue sold their estates while plundering into the states coffin like there is no tomorrow. It will dwindle little by little.

They facing a lot of management problems when failling to solved their rubbist problem. They also fail to manage all their assets and maintaining it.

Their way to solves all this problem is searching for another way to makes more money by selling every real estates they fail to  manages or increasing all tax that availables to them.

If this also fails, then they will blames it to BN. Who cares right? As long as that is not their faults.

I can see it now that in a way, they will try to put the blames to anyone who available and to those who try to point a finger at them be aware that you will become another black sheep in this saga.

The way I see it, we, the peoples cannot do anythings. If those who say BN is worst and full of corruptions, please look at PR for once and look how far Selangor has gone under their management.

Look at Penang and see how it suppost to be and how the states has becomes.

Selangor and Penang better under PR? Lets gives them another two years and see everythings crubles.

After all in my reaserches, the old management plan by BN can only last up to 2016 before it expired. Then it will run down hill if no new plan is establish.

Yup, they were running the states according to the old plan by BN. But BN makes a plan to ensure the smooth states management and like any plan, it will be expired according to the budget available and forecast.

When the budget availability dry up, so does the plan. If they don't comes with a better plan now, comes two years times, everything will be up side down.

It already happen you guys and continues to happen becouse one by one the management plan  chart by BN how the management suppost to be will be expired. 

Me, I just watches from the far and mourning on how my States becoming more and more backward.

Sad, but what can I do and say. I just can learn the lesson from it and remind those around me what will happen if you elected the incompatence to manage your states.

To build it after this, it will takes more than 20 years. By then, maybe Selangor will be in the history books as once upon a times she was one of the riches states in the country .

After all, some others states already in the brink to pass Selangor.

Who cares right. As long it is not BN.
