DAP CEC Result = Zairil A Malay?????

Read Apanama remember-29th-september-2013-day-that

Then Read Helen dap-re-election-zairil-proves-his-chinese-credentials

This two bloggers said it all. DAP CEC blow the chances of DAP to generated more support from Malay.

To pass Zairil Khir Johari Abdullah, the step son of Khir Johari (another KJ hmmm) as a Malay was their first mis-step.

The second mistake was using it as a Malay entity to cover the failure of other Malay candidate.

The third was saying that the party will assume the old CEC line-up.

Well it goes to showed that what ever DAP do, they will always assume that they are better then anyone alse. If they said Zairil is a Malay, everyone must excepted it.

Must be the old believed that when you are a Muslim in Malaysia, you are a Malay regardless of whatever your real race when you were born or your real parents is. Even if you are a converted, your race will automatically change to Malay.

So automatically DAP will used Zairil as a point to show that they really not a racist party. They though that a Malay,by mentioning his name will assume that he is a Malay.

Breaking news DAP. You forgetting that the Malay loved good stories. And late Khir Johari married to Zairil mother was a good bad stories. People still remembering it. They also know who she was. Bad news will always be remembered and the married was one of it.

By making Zairil as your Malay face, you bring back the bad old memories to the Malay older, which turn up to be the good stories of how the Chinese will do anything for power from the old to be told to the young.  Even change her son name to a Malay so he can succeed her Malay husband. Even if her son do not have any blood reationship with him.

Well what can we say. DAP will always do whatever they want while requesting other to stand on the highest moral ground. I guess for them they never will understand - Do What you preach hmmm.

By the way, Zairil will become a true Malay if the world saying the Chinese is a Caucasian, got it hikhikhik.......

  1. Article 160(2) of the Constitution of Malaysia defines various terms used in the Constitution, including "Malay," which is used in Article 153. "Malay" means a person who satisfies two sets of criteria:

First, the person must be one who professes to be a Muslim, habitually speaks the Malay language, and adheres to Malay customs.

Second, the person must have been:

    (i) (a) domiciled in the Federation or Singapore on Merdeka Day, (b) born in the Federation or Singapore before Merdeka Day, or (c) born before Merdeka Day of parents one of whom was born in the Federation or Singapore, (collectively, the "Merdeka Day population") or

(ii) is a descendent of a member of the Merdeka Day population.

I suppose if Zairil fulfills this criteria he is a Malay. Rizduan Tee Abdullah considers himself a Malay and many Mamaks who are Indians consider themselves Malay even though they look really Tamil and speak only Tamil at home.

My friend a Chinese married a Malay girl and the registration department insists that his son is Malay even though technically, the child's race should follow the father. So how?

    1. Constitutionally speaking, he is a Malay no less, see how loose the interpretation on Malays is. Siapa kata Melayu Rasis, setuju?

But Zairil Abdullah telling the world as if he was Khir Johari biological son is morally bankrupt. Especially when it is done for political purposes to satisfy the racist DAP party, which speaks of Malaysian Malaysia but care not for the rest of the non Chinese in the party. CEC is one of the benchmark.

Read Helen postings for further insight on this.

BTW, Anon, my friend a Chinese Lady Speaker married and Indian guy and at the registration department insists that her daughter is a Chinese even though technically, the child's race should follow the father. So how?

    2. Simple, in your friend's case the registration department should have automatically recorded the child as Indian. But in the case of my friend, the registration department insisted that he (when he went to register his child's birth) must register his child as Malay, so how?

    3. Aiyah, if he insists, he should take it to court la brader? Ask LGE how!

Your friend should do what my friend did. It is proven time and again effective. Ask him to say it like this, loudly 'You are my servant, I pay your salary every month wor, so you must follow what I instruct you to do!'. I bet sure the stupid clerk will foollow one!
