Dear MCA Leaders - Please Wake Up

This Is the Letter to all MCA leaders. Please read all of it and than follow my url and read everything including the comment. Please sit down and take a few hours just to read all of it. Do not skip anythings. If needed ask your staff to print it out everything for you. I stress it here, these need to be done if you really sincere in re branding you party. If not please just ignore this and dismantle your party. Hard? Someone need to say it.

Dear MCA Leaders,

Are you really serious in improving your party? MCA has been rejected totally by chinese. Your life line come as always, from malay and indian. If not you will be the first parties main party in BN which didn't have any sit. Please refer this url for detail datas (re : MCA 83% dilatik Melayu ). Yes sir, majority of your supporter was a malay. MALAY.

Lets look at these analysis first (re : analysis-of-mca-results-chart ).  You have been directly kill by your best friend and Business partner The Star. Look at the result. Try as hard for you to justify these result, it still show how your people didn't even help in formulating the winning formula for BN (re : meritokrasi-pun-mca-tak-layak ).

With the data above, the Malay start revolting. They feel dissatisfied with you (re: mca-has-lost-the-trust-of-umno-grassroots ). Why is this happen? Because during the campaigning weeks, a lot of place was deserted by MCA members. Not only members but MCA leaders. Ask around please, how many of them was going around to meet their supporter? Why don't they joint the UMNO and MIC who was working around the clock. If no chinese tsunami, MIC can do even better than MCA. It is no wonder UMNO can achieved their best result so far. Yes Chinese Tsunami did happen. And part of it because you didn't do your job as part of a team.

Now, your first action that you need to do is you need to appease UMNO grassroots. Why? They the one who working so hard to ensure your winning. They make sure you candidate get elected without the support from chinese (re: GE#13-proves-that-bn-dont-need-chinese ). Look at the data from those url. It prove without a doubt that if the Malay, (if UMNO put their candidates at all the majority Malay voter areas) with their hard works they can win it all. There's no substitute for hardworking dearest MCA leaders.

UMNO wins not because they were very good but the perception was, DAP was evil. If you need to choose a leader, better choose UMNO than PKR and flip flop PAS who the Malay perceived will sold the Malay entity when they in power. UMNO show that they can do better. They can work hard and if push come to shoved, with enough pressure they will take notice. PKR, DAP and PAS was perceive by the Malay as arrogant.

Dearest MCA leaders, stop putting your feet where you already been rejected. If the chinese want you, they will asked for your help. (re : giving-the-chinese-what-they-voted-for ). Have your forgotten what the chinese has been done to you? The recent tragedy among the tragedies was when they boo Madam Ng Yen Yen. She working so hard in promoting Jonker street but look at what they have done to her. Disrespected her and shamed her in public.

Then you fight for these people (re : mca-bantah-jonker-walk-ditutup ). Yes, as a leader of chinese community,  you need to support your races but enough is enough. If others races value you more, isn't it better for you to work extra hard for them. For someone who value you more. Even though you  come from different races? Great leader is and will ever be races blind. Preach it in the heart of MCA and prove it. Let make your action speak louder than words.

If the chinese value you more, lets them come to you. Not the other way around. If you a good leader they will come. I don't think DAP as your arch enemy will make a good match comparing to you in service or working toward the  people without the bias of party loyalty. For years you work hard to safeguard their interest. Time for you to step down withdrawal a bit. I think the result of GE#13 was a blessing in disguise. God give you a breathing space to revamp and improve your parties without other responsibility and temptation. Use it wisely for the next 4 or 5 years.

Take note of all the data and take it seriously, please. Don't simply put it in the category of chinese been blindsided or lied by DAP. Please read apa-cina-mahu-di-pru14 to formulated your action. Defend whatever chinese minister you have even though they didn't come from your party (re : dap-mahu-bunuh-politik-menteri-cina ). These will show to others, you still have a Semangat Setiakawan. Your loyalty will and always be with BN. Formulated your action carefully. Read apa-lagi-mca-tak-mahu-buat please.

You also need to counter popular vote that will be played by DAP to defeat you. Please use these, undi-popular-pakatan and  the-business-of-pakatan-winning-the-popular-vote . Don't forget read all the comments by the readers. As far as I know, they have more ideas on what going on than all your people. Read it as a way to put a life back to your party.
